Garage doors come in all sorts of sizes, but the two types of doors (single or double) have a typical width for all manufacturers. Single doors are usually 8′ x 9′ wide while the double doors measure 16′. In some rare cases, people may combine the uses of a single and double garage door for a garage that stores three or more cars inside.
